GREAT Day for Sledding

Nothing much but playing in the snow this weekend. The girls played in the snow building a snow fort in the backyard and Frank building them a snow slide. In case you didn't see our family Christmas eCard, you can view it here.

We took the girls to Freeman Park to go sledding, what a perfect day for sledding. We were supposed to go with the neighbors but they didn't think it would be good so bailed. But, the conditions were perfect and there was only a handful of people. The kids and us, had a real good time, along with Pinot. The sun was out and there was iced over snow on the hills that made it perfect for sledding. We got quite a few good videos below of the sledding. Can't wait till next time...

Frank went out with Seth, Steve, Dave, and Chance to bunny hunt and ice berg shooting. Pretty cold, maybe 13 degrees but there were plenty of floating icebergs to shoot at. The icebergs were average, nothing too large but it is a no-charge moving target practice gallery :) All day long, plenty of moving targets to engage :) Tons of wildlife also, we had three giant white tail bucks run infront of the truck while on the dirt road. Big moose in the snow, the usual Bald Eagles, 5 giant (bigger than the kids) otters across the snake river just checking us out the whole time. Oh, and the 4 dead bunnies :)
